STEP 1 - Consultation & Site Visit
STEP 2 - Quotation (50% deposit to secure)
STEP 3 - Gamelan Making
STEP 4 - Final Inspection (30% progress payment to ship it to Malaysia)
STEP 5 - Arrival in Malaysia
STEP 6 - After Sale Service (20% within 5 days after successful delivery)
 
Gangsapura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
