Based on your requirements, we’ll provide a detailed quotation outlining the gamelan set specifications, package inclusions, and costs.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the order and initiate the gamelan crafting process.

Once the deposit is made, master artisans begin crafting your gamelan set with precision and traditional expertise.
Each instrument is carefully inspected to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
Regular updates are shared with you on the progress of the crafting process.

Before shipping, the gamelan set undergoes a comprehensive inspection by our team to ensure every instrument is in perfect condition.
Upon approval, you’ll make a 30% progress payment, enabling us to ship the set to Malaysia.

Complete the transaction with the final 20% payment, made within 5 days of successful delivery and setup.
